DCT COMEDY AND DCT COMBAT ARE COMING IN MAY!
DCT is in production for its new Indie Comedy product, DCT Comedy and its martial arts product, DCT Combat, coming May/June 2008. We have our first martial arts installment in the can, featuring Filipino Martial arts as demonstrated by Guro Don Edwards, 6th Degree Master Black Belt of Doce Pares Filipino Martial Arts. Both our president, Tom Walker, and one of our camera people, Chris Praml, both hold black belts under Guro Edwards, so DCT's understanding and attention to detail for this series will make it very special. We shooting our first comedy Indie Comedy event on 5/22/08, lending the expertise we've developed shooting multi-camera concerts for over two years to another performing art. Details and footage coming soon!

BYB ARTIST SPOTLIGHT. FEATURING DCT'S OWN TOM WALKER OF FRIDAY'S CHILD AND LAURA DODD RECORDED 4/6/08 AT THE BAGGOT INN. LIVE UNPLUGGED WITH ARTIST INTERVIEWS AND COMMENTARY BY JEFF CHARONE.
DCT is producing a new series called BYB Artists Spotlight. As a trial run, our team shot Tom Walker of Friday's Child, DCT's President, joined by fellow DCT All-Star Laura Dodd unplugged. Each artist performed an individual set with on-stage interview and commentary by The Voice of DCT, Jeff Charone. The shoot garnered some of our most unique footage to date. This series will provide our viewership the unique chance to get behind the life stories that generate great Indie music. Stay tuned for the first segment, coming soon.

DCT recorded the concerts of the top 4 winners in February 2008. You're listening to one of them right now.For Live 2.0 – Independents’ Day, featuring four live concerts around July 4th, our top 4 winners will receive up to $1,200 of their travel expenses paid, a pile of gear, and a produced video from their live show, recorded in New York City. Winners can use their video prizes to market and promote themselves, for viral syndication to their fan bases on their social networking sites, and to get better bookings.
